The Cosmic Agreement, Weaved in Trust.

1. Acceptance of the Threshold

By crossing the digital threshold of the Iris sanctuary and accessing our tools (the "Services"), you agree to enter into a sacred, legally binding agreement governed by these Terms of Service. This agreement is made between you, our fellow traveler, and Flint & Flow. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you step back and exit the sanctuary.

2. Sacred Use of the Portal

Iris provides computer-assisted tarot recognition, astronomical calculations, and AI synthesis as instruments for personal introspection, creative contemplation, and mindful self-reflection.

All readings, transit forecasts, and persona communications are educational and introspective in nature. They do not constitute deterministic rules, nor do they replace professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial counseling. You retain complete agency, responsibility, and free will over all your earthly choices.

3. Cryptographic Key Custody & E2EE

We honor your sanctuary. Because Iris leverages true End-to-End Encryption (E2EE), your personal notes, intention prompts, and reading journals are encrypted on your local device before they are synced to our servers.

You are the absolute and sole custodian of your client-side cryptographic keys and passwords. If you lose your keys, Iris cannot decrypt or recover your past cards or journals, as our servers only house unreadable ciphertext. Protect your credentials as you would your most precious talismans.

4. Celestial Offerings & Oracle Billing

Basic single-card and basic transit tools are available under our Mystic (Free) tier, subject to a combined pool limit of one reading per solar cycle. Advanced spreads, unlimited queries, custom fate threads, and cross-device sync are premium tools requiring membership in our Oracle tier.

Subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe and billed on a recurring monthly cycle. You may dissolve your subscription at any time within your Settings. Cancellations take effect at the close of your current billing period.

5. Purging Cosmic Records

You hold the absolute right to purge your sanctuary. By using the profile deletion commands in your Settings, you can permanently expunge your profile, birth configurations, cryptographic links, and historical spreads. Once initiated, this cosmic purge is immediate and cryptographically irreversible.

6. Limit of Liability

In no event shall Flint & Flow, its creators, authors, or spiritual advisors be held liable for any earthly, celestial, direct, or indirect damages arising out of your reliance on tarot interpretations, astronomical projections, or simulated persona advice. Use the guidance with active wisdom.
